Points necessary to be taken into considerationd while submitting the documents for internship
1.THREE COPIES OF INTERNSHIP FORMS SHOULD BE FILLED IN ON THE COMPUTER
2. THREE COPIES OF INTERNSHIP FORMS SHOULD BE SIGNED WET-INK BY DEAN BEFORE BEING APPROVED BY STUDENT AFFAIRS
3. THE PHOTOCOPY OF ID CARD SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE FORM DURING THE SUBMISSION PROCESS
4. THE FORMS SHOULD BE APPROVED BY STUDENT AFFAIRS
NOT LATER THAT SEVEN DAYS BEFORE THE STARTING DATE OF INTERNSHIP
5. STUDENTS WHO DON’T GET THE APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THEIR INTERNSHIP
NOTE:
a) Forms that will be sent out of the city should include Dean’s or Director’s wet-ink signature. Photocopy is not accepted.
b) While setting the date range for internship all oficcial holidays (togetherwith religious holidays) should not be included. Otherwise despite the signatures forms will not be accepted and the procedure will be started again.
c) Approving person’s stamp or title and name with surname are required to be indicated.
